Hello! My name is Billie Williams and I am the Founder and Director of Finish Line Educational Consulting. I have worked in K-12 private school admissions for over 20 years.  My lengthy tenure at one of New York City’s top college preparatory schools gives me a unique perspective –  admissions from the inside out! I am keenly aware of all aspects of the admissions process, and know just what private schools are looking for in a student.  I can also speak parent-to-parent with clients about NYC’s top tier public schools, having navigated the process for my own daughter who attended one of New York City’s elite gifted programs.

I also specialize in advising international families.  In my former capacity as “Primary Designated School Official” with SEVIS (U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security’s Student and Exchange Visitor Information System), I can share my comprehensive knowledge of the process for F1 Visa students.
